About Interviews
Baby-J recommends conducting a preliminary interview when receiving a request from a guardian for the first time.
An interview helps build trust with the child and leads to smoother support.
■ Method and Cost of the Interview
If possible, the interview should be held at the location where support is to take place.
If that is difficult, an online interview via Zoom or Google Meet is also acceptable.
However, please refrain from using LINE video calls, as it requires exchanging personal contact information.
※ If no preliminary interview is conducted, we recommend including about 15 minutes for an interview on the day of support.
■ Interview Fee
The interview fee is charged only for the first sitter/tutor matched by the guardian, and is paid by the guardian together with the first support fee.
In-person: ¥3,000 (tax excluded) / 1 hour + transportation
Online: Free
■ Items to Confirm During the Interview
Confirm the child’s basic information and points of attention during sitting/tutoring.
