Your profile photo is one of the first things families will see.

At Baby-J, we maintain certain standards for profile photos to help families feel confident and secure when choosing a supporter.

Please ensure your photo meets the following requirements.

Profile Photo Requirements

① You must appear alone in the photo

Your profile photo must only include yourself.

Photos with family members, friends, or cropped group photos are not permitted.

② Wear the same type of clothing you would wear during support sessions

Please wear clothing similar to what you would wear when visiting a family.

Examples:

• Babysitters: Clean and professional casual attire or an apron
• Tutors: Appropriate attire for educational support

③ Take the photo in a bright environment

Please take your photo in a well-lit location, preferably indoors with natural light.

Dark photos or photos taken with strong backlighting may not be approved.

④ Your face must be clearly visible

Please use a photo where your entire face can be clearly seen.

Photos with masks, sunglasses, hats, or anything covering your face are not permitted.

⑤ Use a natural expression

A warm and natural smile helps families feel comfortable and confident.

⑥ Choose a simple background

Please use a clean and uncluttered background, such as a plain wall or a tidy room.

Photos That May Not Be Approved

• Photos with other people
• Close-up selfies
• Photos with filters or heavy editing
• Dark photos
• Photos where the face is not clearly visible
• Casual lifestyle or private photos
• Photos showing clothing significantly different from what you would wear during support sessions
