Baby-J reviews are provided for the following purposes:
1.For the healthy operation of the platform
2.As reference information when guardians select sitters/tutors
3.For the operational improvement of sitters/tutors
4.As a place to express appreciation

Guardians may submit a five-star rating (1–5) and a written comment.

▼ Notes & Prohibited Content
Please refrain from posting the following:
・ Defamation of individuals, categorical/absolute criticism, or inappropriate expressions
・ Expressions that deny a person’s character or personality
・ Content that criticizes physical attributes
・ Personal information such as real name, nickname, address, phone number, or any information that can identify an individual
・ Descriptions that are unclear in fact or contrary to fact
・ Content unrelated to the support provided

As a general rule, we do not respond to reviews or edit/delete them. However, if the Secretariat determines that a review does not align with the purposes stated above, the review may be removed.
