For First-Time Users
At Baby-J, you can view detailed profiles of babysitters and tutors, including their photos, experience, and qualifications.
Once you find a babysitter or tutor that fits your needs, begin the interview and reservation request process.
Step01Register as a Member
Email Verification/Create Your Account
Register the guardian and child's information.
To ensure safe and secure use of our services, please provide accurate profile information.
Submit Profile Information / Identity Verification
Please prepare your identification documents in advance, as we will need to verify them.
※The review process typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
Step02Search for Babysitters or Tutors
Once identity verification is complete, you can immediately request bookings and begin messaging with babysitters or tutors.
Search via the Search Page
You can refine your search by region, qualifications, options, and individual characteristics.
Use the Open Call Feature to Seek Babysitters or Tutors
You can publish an open call to all registered babysitters and tutors based on region, qualifications, service options, and preferences.
Step03Make a Reservation
Request a Quote
Send a quote request to babysitters or tutors who meet your conditions.
Approve Quote & Confirm Reservation
After sending a quote request, you will receive a proposed amount from the babysitter or tutor.If the proposed amount and details are acceptable, confirm the reservation.
With confirmation, your reservation will be officially established.
Step04Until the Day of Appointment
If you have any questions or requests before the session, please use the messaging feature in advance.
For first-time bookings, we recommend a prior meeting to confirm care and tutoring guidelines.
Step05On the Day of Babysitting or Tutoring
The babysitter or tutor is expected to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Please communicate house rules, safety instructions, and emergency procedures. On the day, feel confident in entrusting your child to our professional babysitter or tutor.
Step 06Post-Session Payment/Review
After the session, the babysitter or tutor will submit a completion report.After reviewing the content, please approve the completion report, leave a review, and proceed with payment.
Payment will be made using the credit card registered in advance.
※If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours of the completion report, automatic payment will be processed.
Direct contracts outside of Baby-J are strictly prohibited.
At Baby-J, it is strictly prohibited for parents and supporters who met through our platform to engage in private agreements for childcare or tutoring services. Please use our service in accordance with the rules.
