Schedule and Time Changes
After a reservation has been confirmed, changes to the service time may be possible within the Supporter’s availability. Please contact your Supporter directly through the chat function to discuss any changes.
Please note that time changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time. In such cases, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Additionally, reservations cannot be transferred to a different date. If you wish to change the service date, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new booking.
