Membership Registration Guide

There are no admission or annual fees for joining Baby-J.
Many parents register not only for immediate use, but also just in case for future needs.
Please note that the registration review may take a few days; we recommend registering early.

Choose a supporter based on your budget and specific needs

Baby-J membership is free. There are no monthly or annual fees.You pay only the support fees.

※Hourly rates and available options vary by supporter.

  • Base Fee

    The total fee is calculated as hourly rate × duration.
    Additional charges apply for early morning, evening, and late-night hours.。
    The minimum booking time is 2 hours for babysitters and 1 hour for tutors.

  • Optional Charges

    Support includes care for multiple children, sick child care, prenatal/postnatal care, travel sitters, and exam preparation.

  • Service Usage Fee (Excl. Tax)

    20% of the total base and optional service fees (excluding tax) will be charged as Baby-J’s service fee.

  • Transportation + Actual Costs

    Supporters’ transportation and any actual expenses, such as your child’s meals, will be charged at cost.

Cancellations, Extensions, and Schedule Changes

No cancellation fees apply until a booking is confirmed.
Please refer to the following for cancellation fees after the reservation of an interview or sitting is confirmed.

    From the scheduled support start time,

    • Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: Free
    • Cancellation 24 to 48 hours in advance: 50% of the expected fee
    • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the expected fee

    ※If the babysitter or tutor has already begun traveling to the appointment, transportation costs will still apply.

    After the reservation is confirmed, time changes are allowed within the supporter’s availability.Please consult directly with the supporter via the chat feature.
    Changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled time and will be treated as a cancellation, subject to cancellation fees.
    Changing to a different date is not possible. Please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one.
