Cancellation Policy

If a parent or guardian cancels a reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply, except in circumstances that the Company determines warrant special consideration. Even in such cases, the service fee payable to the Company will not be waived.

• Cancellation notice provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start time:
No cancellation fee.

• Cancellation notice provided between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service start time:
50% of the scheduled payment amount.

• Cancellation notice provided less than 24 hours but at least 2 hours before the scheduled service start time:
100% of the scheduled payment amount.

• Cancellation notice provided less than 2 hours before the scheduled service start time, or failure to provide notice:
100% of the scheduled payment amount.

If the Supporter has already begun traveling to the service location based on the reservation, the transportation fee declared and approved at the time of booking will be added to the cancellation fee above.
